Pure. Raw. Uncompromised.

At Cave Creek Bee Company, honey isn’t rushed, over-processed, or altered to meet mass-market standards. Every jar we sell is unfiltered, unheated, and 100% raw — just as the bees made it.

We believe the best honey comes from respecting the natural process, caring for the bees, and letting the local environment speak for itself.

Our Honey Varieties

Pure, Local Honey

Our signature honey is golden, rich, and naturally sweet. It’s perfect for everyday use — whether that’s drizzling over biscuits, stirring into tea, baking, or enjoying by the spoonful.

Creamed Honey

Creamed honey is gently whipped to create a smooth, spreadable texture while remaining completely raw. It’s ideal for toast, biscuits, and sandwiches, and a favorite among customers who prefer a softer consistency.

Hot Honey

Our hot honey adds a touch of heat to the natural sweetness of raw honey. It’s great for cooking, glazing meats, or adding a little kick to pizza and cornbread.

What Makes Our Honey Different?

Our honey is harvested from hives located across Maury, Marshall, and Bedford counties, where bees forage on a wide variety of native plants and wildflowers. After harvest, honey from these locations is carefully blended and bottled at our honey house in Unionville, Tennessee.

This process creates a balanced, smooth flavor profile while preserving the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients found in raw honey.

We do not:

  • Heat our honey

  • Ultra-filter it

  • Add anything artificial

What you get is real Middle Tennessee honey — nothing more, nothing less.

Raw Honey FAQ

Yes. All Cave Creek Bee Company honey is 100% raw, unheated, and unfiltered. We do not heat our honey or ultra-filter it, which helps preserve its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor.

Unfiltered honey means we remove only large debris (like bits of wax) while keeping the beneficial pollen and natural components intact. This is very different from ultra-filtered honey, which removes nearly everything that makes honey unique.

Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of real, raw honey. It doesn’t mean the honey has gone bad. If you prefer a smoother texture, gently warming the jar in warm (not hot) water will return it to a liquid state.

Creamed honey is raw honey that has been carefully whipped to create a smooth, spreadable texture. It contains no cream or additives — just honey. It’s especially popular for toast, biscuits, and baking.
